Here are the files needed to add Daosvaria's familiar form, and just a pdf of it. Load the .user file first so the removal of See In Darkness (an alternate racial trait) before loading the .por file.
It's possible to copy or edit the Nightmare Dragon, Wyrmling entry to add as a familiar option, but I haven't been able to do that successfully yet. Looks like you'd need "rCompLevel = 7" as a field, and a tag with GroupID: CompIs, ID: cArcFamil. Haven't gotten past that.
