Your tracker is very comprehensive. I like it a lot! Wouldn't have made my own if you had gotten that up a week earlier. I'd designed mine the way I did because you don't need to rebuild the past state if you know what time it is, what books the party's gotten, and how many containment breaches they've caused--of course, to make that work, it helps to have notecards or something representing each section for players to put their minis on.
Yours gives you the ability to track teams and retroactively calculate successes and failures based on the party's progress, which is pretty neat. I bet you wouldn't even need notecards or anything, except as a player aid.
Seems like two sides of the same coin to me?
