  One legacy note for a legacy upload: officially, being incorporeal and being on the ethereal plane are two different things, despite what the text of Blink might make you think. That means that Ghost Touch and Spirit Touch don't eliminate the miss chance from Blinking.
  
  I think that Muzthari was written with the expectation that Ghost Touch actually solved her Blink problem, but it's not fair to the PCs to have it work one way for her and yet not work the same way for the party. So I would probably tell the players that it's going to work this way for this encounter, but that they shouldn't expect it to always work this way.
