  Hey, so I have the subtiers broken down like I usually do with statblocks and the like.
  
  For this one I made a third document, which is a copy of each of the items in the scenario, put down multiple times if there are multiple copies of the item. The idea behind this is that you can cut them out and pass them out to players, and they can physically grab them if their character grabs them. It saves a lot of time of players looking up what items do during the scenario, and by pulling out the multiple copies from the subtier rules documents, it cuts down on page count and makes it easier to reprint each time.
