PbP Macros Sheet

This Macros Reference Sheet is meant to bootstrap PbP games for the GM. It lets the player enter their modifiers and TEML, then generates BBCode components like group initiative, perception, and secret rolls based on player input.
It can be included on any PbP game, and used by both player and GM to output macros

Updated the macros with Doug Hahn's permission. The new file now accommodates dice expressions for Discord Rollem (and to a certain extent, Sage) bots for servers that use them.

Features:
- Each player now has their own sheet, and you fill out down instead of across
- Macros are presented to the player so they can copy
- Includes all skills, Perception, and saves
- Better notes associated with each save/skill (example screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/RBuyGplm)
- Has a "Send to GM" toggle that feeds the GM's sheet
- Will add Discord options soon
