Unofficial NPC backgrounds and setting expansion

They really didn't go into any detail on almost any of the NPCs for this one, and I couldn't find much information about the setting of the Hao Jin Tapestry either. (I mean, we know a lot of facts, but how society works inside the tapestry seems to be a big mystery.) So I made some stuff up. If you don't have time to make your own stuff up, feel free to borrow from mine!
