| Registered Member #1363Joined: Sat Apr 29 2017, 01:58pm Posts: 104 | This initiative tracker is meant to bootstrap initiative, help track conditions and HP, and nested spoilers for recall knowledge (optional). It creates statblocks that look like this
Setting up:
- Enter the players' and minions' names, initiatives, and total HP. Title your combat. Add any terrain notes, party-wide conditions, battle map link, etc.
- Enter the monsters names (as you want them to appear on the tracker) and initiatives
- Enter any spoilered knowledge info you want up to 2 levels deep (this covers success and crit success or second checks), the skills used for the knowledge, and the creature's base DC. The spreadsheet nests spoilers.
- Enter up to 4 enemy names, Recall Knowledge SKills and Base Recall Knowledge DCs, and knowledge results
- Enter any rolls players need to mkae before or after their turns end (optional, can also just note in the Condiions column)
- Preview your post on the Paizo boards and enter rolled initiatives for all creatures in col E.
- Highlight rows 3-16 (or however many you have), and click Data => Sort by Column A, Z-->A
- Tick off who's up
- Add any contitions and effects you want for player reference
- Copy/paste the box into your PbP. I like to do a little minor edit to separate initiative groups within the block as well.
Running Combat:
- As combat progresses, keep the sheet updated. It will show total/current HP for PCs and just total damage for NPCs.
- When an enemy drops, remove the name and hp and re-sort. When a player drops, change their initiative to right before the monster that dropped them and re-sort.

 Pirate Rob27 Apr : 15:08While I'm not a lawyer and can't provide legal advice the CUP says the following (which specifically allows you to create your own versions of the maps, as long as they aren't going to be mistaken for official Paizo etc)
"You may not use artwork, including maps, that have not been published in the blog, although you may create your own interpretations of material presented in our artwork and maps, provided that your interpretations don't look substantially similar to our materials."
