Just uploaded 1-39 Citadel of Flame Stat Blocks. There is a lot of concern over the NPCs in this on the boards. Turns out both are 15 point builds and short on HP and spells. I kept the builds but updated HP and added more castings of the spells they already had. Let me know and enjoy.
